01 Who we are

Fruit Shooter is a casual bubble-shooter game. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and the choices you have. Fruit Shooter is made by an independent developer and is not directed at children — it's built for a general audience.

02 Information we collect

Fruit Shooter does not require an account, sign-in, or email to play. The game keeps a small save file directly on your device, which includes:

  • The nickname and avatar you choose in your profile
  • Your level progress, coins, achievements, and daily-reward status (Spin Wheel, Daily Quest, Green Valley streak)
  • Your Music and Sound Effects preferences

None of this is sent to us or to any server we operate — there is no backend. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in your device settings, permanently erases it.

03 Advertising

Fruit Shooter shows optional ads (for example, to earn an extra Bomb power-up) through Google AdMob. When an ad is shown, Google and its advertising partners may collect technical information such as your advertising identifier, IP address, and general device and app-usage data, in order to select, serve, and measure ads — and, unless you've limited ad personalization in your device settings, to personalize them to your interests.

We don't control this data directly — it's handled under Google's own privacy terms. You can review how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and manage ad personalization from your device's Google settings at any time.

04 How we use information

  • To save and restore your game progress between sessions, on your own device
  • To show and measure the ads described above
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the app is used, so we can fix bugs and improve it

05 Sharing of data

We do not sell your information, and we don't have a server to share it from. The only third party involved is our advertising provider, Google AdMob, as described above.

06 Children's privacy

Fruit Shooter is intended for a general audience, not specifically for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below and we'll remove it.

07 Your choices

  • Reset progress: clear the app's storage from your device's app settings, or uninstall and reinstall.
  • Ad personalization: turn off personalized ads from your device's Google Settings (Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
  • Sound & music: toggle these anytime from Fruit Shooter's own Settings screen.

08 Data retention & security

Your save data stays on your device only, for as long as the app remains installed. We take reasonable care in how the app is built, but no method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.

09 Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date below. Meaningful changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
